Easy to use, i find all the functions help my problems

So far great. Headaches and neck pain reduced since I started using it. I started on lowest setting but now like 3rd level. No vertigo.

Takes a few goes to get used to the sensation, but it is a great little device to help relief neck tension and aching muscles. I purchased it to help with ongoing issues with my TMJ caused by my tight muscles in my shoulders and neck due to my high stress office job and it has definitely helped. Would highly recommend giving it a go. I can't wait to take it to work and use it regularly there to help keep my muscles relaxed as much as possible.

My initial purchase broke, but received my second one promptly and efficiently. I have used it on numerous occasions which has indeed improved my neck issues. I now use it on a daily basis.

I don't feel the massage part but the other settings work. Way too early to make a judge on the neck right.

Very good product relieves neck tension headaches and pain, have mild arthritis it seems to relieve all of the above and to feel pain free everyday. I also use it together with the cervical pillow to correct my posture.

The first Neck Right I purchased in May stopped working. The customer service response was immediate - I sent the device to Melbourne for assessment and a replacement at no cost to me other than the return postage, was quickly approved. I am grateful I was issued another Neck Right device so quickly although the new one may be an older one repaired/reconditioned as it’s SUPER hot without adding the heating feature. All good! I love my Neck Right! It hasn’t cured anything (as yet!) but the relief I get when using it is worth it for sure. Thanks again

I have long term neck pain and it's works really well .

Didn't help with the pain I have in my neck.

Although my neck/back of head pain has not completely gone. it is certainly relieving the problems I have had and with some chiropractic work as well it is well on the way to full recovery.

Use it at least twice a day then charge ready for next day

Warm comforting and tapping mode favourite. Not sure how to adjust infrared heat at times. Only gave. 3 stars as I am not aware of any improvement after 10 uses. I have nerve damage and disc issues still causing pain, very positional .

It was broken when it arrived. Tried to fix it and power it up but to no avail. Absolute rubbish. Won’t buy from you again.

It works ok, but I really need a bigger unit to fit my adult neck and have the pads further around the neck. A proper massage gives better relief than this

The neck massager helps me . Osteo arthritis has caused me pain every day. So far I've just used a tiny bit of water on the pads but Im looking for gell. The only thing I dont like is the voice at the end of the massage ,it is so loud !and I get a fright every time . That makes me tense up again .

Finally after a year recovering from a fractured neck vertebra and all the muscle stiffness that followed after months having to wear a neck brace, I can use this device while flat on my back at night, using a variety of its’ settings - then in the morning my mobility is much better, with benefits that last all day.

It's good I like it but sometimes it works really good and other times it dosent do much. I think it may be my muscles deciding whether or not they want to respond, unless i am doing something wrong? I like it on about a 4 intensity as when I turned it up a bit higher it made one of my muscles cramp up :( but on 4 and acupuncture mode it feels nice :)

I am not impressed with the way the neck massage work. The speed of the massage is very less inspire of setting high heat level and still I have my neck pain.

Your device is awesome! I use it everyday and my neck is better than it's ever been. I drive a truck for a living and this makes my days bearable. I used to have a stiff neck all the time and it gave me headaches. But now I feel better and not as fatigued at the end of the day.

Unfortunately it didn't do anything for my hubby and myself .

The neck massage device works wonder. My BP got down to normal after few days of its use.

If it had not been outside the warranty period I would have sent it back. The worst thing that happened to me was that one side of my neck got burnt, and sometimes when I had it a medium setting it would suddenly give me a stronger couple of bolts. I bet you don’t put this in with recommendations

It stopped working after 2 goes, I asked of i cpuld get a replacement and use said yes bit I have to have the instructions with the product and I had already chucked the instructions put as I already read them and didnt need to keep them. I guess its just a way for use not to replace the item when its faulty.

I’ve been going to a chiropractor for years. The more I kept going the worse my neck got. I finally took matters into my own hands and purchased the neck pro. Absolutely amazing!!!! My neck is feeling great no more pain.

I haven't had a miraculous recovery like many of your testimonials so I'm not going to gush about how amazing the product is. The battery life isn't as good as I thought it would be and I'm having to recharge after every 5 or 6 uses, I thought it would last longer than that. Perhaps it's because I use the high heating function? I do feel like my neck is a little better but nothing remarkable.

Just tried the neck right this morning , worked ok but had trouble getting a constant good connection on the neck . It seemed to worked better higher up but would not stay there easily. Otherwise going okay so far! Try again tmrw
