Warranty Info

If within one year from the date you purchased our Neck Right PRO+ Intelligent Neck Massager, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Neck Right will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

If more than 30 days has passed since your original purchase date you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

This warranty excludes:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
Units taken out of Australia
Units subjected to unauthorized repair
Units not used in accordance with Neck Right care instructions
Damage exceeding the cost of the product
Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the clients premises
Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase
Product's purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
