SHIPPING GUIDE

At Neck Right™, we are proud to use Australia Post eParcel & DHL Express to deliver our product to you, no matter where you are located in the world. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible.

All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Australia.

International orders are either shipped from Australia or our warehouses overseas.

Please note: Some products may be sent separately as different items are supplied by different warehouses.

Once each item has left the warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your carrier and tracking details.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Neck Right™ offers FREE Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 2 - 7 business days.

If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office.

During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) and the current COVID-19 pandemic please allow another 2-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 5-8 days.

If you’d like extra peace of mind when sending an item, you can add Extra Cover for an additional $4.70 at checkout. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item while it’s being carried by Australia Post.

REST OF WORLD

International customers can also enjoy our FREE standard shipping + tracking on all orders over $129 AUD. Orders under $129 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $24.95. Orders can take 3 - 20 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. and the current COVID-19 pandemic please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

HANDLING

Neck Right offers Australia Post - Extra Cover for all domestic orders for an additional $4.70 at checkout, for if in the rare case your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen.

Neck Right does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

Neck Right will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier, Australia Post. Neck Right is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs of delayed shipping product availability.

PRE ORDERS

Please note after placing an item on Pre-order your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item(s) arrives in stock, If you have purchased multiple items they will be shipped out once all items are in stock.
