User Guide
*Before use ensure the device is
fully charged and the clear protective stickers are removed from both pads*
01. Dampen neck
Dampen the back of the neck with water OR apply a small amount of water based gel directly onto the pads.
As the device uses TENS technology it requires moisture to be effective.
Please note the device is NOT waterproof so do not get the rest of the device wet.
02. Place the device on
Remove any jewellery, clothes or hair obstructing the neck.
Gently slide the massage device onto the back of the neck, ensuring the metal plates are in full contact with the skin.

Press and Hold the ON switch located on the side of the device until it switches on.
04. Adjust settings
Press the M (mode) button to select the massage mode you wish to use. Then press the + or - button to control the intensity.
To adjust the heat settings quick press the ON button.

05. Enjoy the treatment
Relax and enjoy the treatment for 15 minutes.
The device will automatically turn off once the massage is over.
The massager will also turn off if no settings have been selected within 30 seconds of turning on.

Charging Guide
Using the charging cable provided - insert into the base of the device and then connect to a USB power source.
Whilst charging there will be a white light flashing.
Once fully charged the white light will become constant.
The device cannot be used while charging.

How do I clean it?
After use my skin is red and irritated, is this normal?
- The massaging time may be too long or the intensity you set is too strong. We recommend using for 15 minutes each day and not exceeding 30 minutes. Intensity should be set at a comfortable level your body can endure.
- The electrode plates are not in contact with your skin properly. Make sure your hair is tied up and any necklaces are removed before use.
- Your neck is dry. Make sure the skin of your neck is well moistened. Before using the massager, we suggest that you moisten your neck with a wet towel or apply a water based gel to the electrodes (metal plates).
Why does it automatically turn off while its working?
My Neck Right Pro+™ won't turn on, is it broken?
