Really happy with the Neck Right PRO+. It’s easy to use, comfortable around the neck, and the heat and massage settings feel great after a long day. The different intensity levels are useful, and the rechargeable design makes it very convenient. Definitely good value for the price.

This is a good product im really happy with it

Have had now for 2 weeks and loving it. I use twice a day once in the morning and last thing at night.

So far the neck massager is doing it's job, I have only had mild vertigo attacks since using it compared to severe before.

Used this on my neck and wow what a difference it's made it's got rid of my aches and pains and my neck is no longer stiff and sore I love this and use it daily highly recommended

Have used it twice and Im starting to get familiar with the controls etc. Hope it helps my neck pain with more use. It was well packaged and the unit is streamlined and not too bulky plus it charges in a short time .

I had high hopes for this device, however, it only provides me with mild relief and it's mainly from the red light warmth. I think my neck issues are just too complex.

Although a nice experience, I cannot tell whether it is helping to heal my neck or if my kneck is improving by itself. But overall, it isn't doing any harm

I really do like this product however I find that quite often the strength of the massage is not right, even after turning it up much higher. I find that I need to turn it off and start again for it to work correctly. I am going to ask for a replacement due to this.

I can hardly feel it on level 16. Still waiting for my Traction pillow I ordered at the same time … which was the 20 of May - approx 5 weeks ago!

Not that powerful but read face book that you need ultrasound gell possibly that may help. Be helpful to advise this

I don’t find it’s doing much to help my neck beside the heating part.

I have neck and shoulder issues from everyday stresses and over worked the neck massager helps relieve the pain and it’s convenient and easy to use.

Ordering and delivery were very good. The massage feature works well however it is not focussed on the areas I need to treat so that was disappointing. I have since seen products with 4 pads that would probably be more effective for me.

Purchased for my wife who loves the devise and uses it every day.

I have a chronic neck condition due to whiplash in a car accident . In the past I have had . Acupuncture, chiropractors, and Phisios . I have also had needles in my neck but due to age and arthritis it has become a lot worse . I still have physio every 4 to 6 weeks but I’m always in pain . I thought I would give your neck right a go as I am getting very little relief . Yes I’m pleased with it , it does seem to give me some relief and if I become in pain again I can use it whenever I need to so I’m pleased with my purchase thankyou

My Neck Right PRO+ is ok. It's not really what I expected. I would have preferred it if it was a bit more comfortable around my neck. The lowest setting is quite high to start off, and this makes it not that relaxing. I have only used it a couple of times since I purchased it.

Couldn't use it as it's a fully Tens Machine,I thought it would have a massage setting,so waste of money,and the returns, customer pays for postage and also you take 15% for restocking fee.What an absolute rip off.

I love this product, after a big work day, or a bad night sleep. Wear it after a nice hot shower, or whilst working it is easy to use with many variations and settings to help with pain and stress.

It may work for some, but I feel I wasted my money sorry.

Not you fault, just not the product for severe deck pain due to nerve pressure from cartilage wear

Not as good as I was lead to believe.

It worked really well once i started using a gel as a conductor then it just stopped working altogether

Absolutely love this product. I have actually had it for about six months and barely used it at first, but once I started using it consistently the results have been incredible. I now use it once to twice a day, every day. After nearly two years of chronic neck pain, I am finally starting to feel a real shift. I have bulging discs and nerve compression in my neck, tmj and this has given me genuine relief. I have tried it all! I have even just purchased a second one because I am genuinely terrified of being without it if something happened to the first. That is how much I rate it. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with ongoing neck pain.
